Modest glass factory established in 1690 by François Magnien became two centuries later the most important company of Vosges with thousand employees.

The crystal glass-making of Portieux is the heiress of one of the most former french crystal factories specialized in the gobeleterie, the articles of decoration and whim.

This factory is a filial from now on of the Parisian company Les Jolies Céramiques sans kaolin.
